What should I do if my package is delayed?

Package delays commonly occur during customs clearance (2-5 days), peak shopping seasons like Chinese New Year or Singles Day (5-7 days), extreme weather conditions, or carrier capacity issues. Most delays resolve within 7-10 days without intervention.

Check your tracking status first. If tracking shows customs clearance, this is normal processing time. If tracking has not updated for more than 7 days or shows no movement for 10+ days at one location, contact customer support with your tracking number.

To minimize delays, declare package contents accurately and completely, ensure proper documentation for electronics and branded items, avoid prohibited items, and ship during non-peak seasons when possible. We will proactively notify you of significant delays affecting your shipment.
