How do I track my package?

Track your packages by logging into your GoGoShip account and viewing the My Packages or My Shipments section. Each package and shipment has a unique tracking number.

Package statuses include: Registered (tracking number added), Pending Declaration (awaiting content info), Ready for Shipment (available to ship), Consolidating (being packed), Pending Payment (awaiting payment), Paid (payment confirmed), In Transit (shipped), and Delivered (received).

Tracking updates occur at major checkpoints: warehouse arrival, consolidation, departure, customs clearance, and delivery. Updates may pause during transit, customs processing, or weekends. Contact support if tracking shows no updates for more than 7 days.
