1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using GoGoShip's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Service Description

GoGoShip provides cross-border package forwarding services, including:

• Providing local addresses in China, Korea, and Vietnam
• Receiving and storing packages at our warehouses
• Consolidating multiple packages into single shipments
• Forwarding packages to your designated address

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use our services for illegal or prohibited items
• Pay all fees associated with your shipments
• Properly declare package contents and values

4. Prohibited Items

You may not ship the following items through our service:

• Weapons, firearms, ammunition, or explosives
• Illegal drugs or controlled substances
• Counterfeit or pirated goods
• Hazardous materials or dangerous goods
• Items prohibited by origin or destination country laws
• Perishable goods or live animals

5. Fees and Payment

You agree to pay:

• Shipping fees based on package weight and dimensions
• Service fees for package handling and consolidation
• Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees

All fees must be paid in advance. We reserve the right to dispose of packages if fees remain unpaid for more than 90 days.

6. Package Handling

GoGoShip will:

• Handle packages with reasonable care
• Store your packages at our warehouses until you ship them. Please declare new packages within 7 days so we can ship them quickly
• Inspect packages for prohibited items
• Repack items if necessary for safe shipping

We reserve the right to refuse or return packages that violate our terms or contain prohibited items.

7. Liability

Our liability for loss or damage is limited to:

• The declared value of your package or the shipping fee you paid, whichever is lower
• We are not liable for delays caused by customs or carriers
• We are not liable for incorrectly declared items
• Declare accurate values and keep purchase receipts to support any claim

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these terms and conditions
• Provide false or misleading information
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Fail to pay fees or charges

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our platform, including logos, text, images, and software, is the property of GoGoShip and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute our content without permission.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation between parties
• Mediation if negotiation fails
• Binding arbitration as a last resort

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where our primary operations are located, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
