The courier says my parcel was delivered, but it still shows Registered

Your package changes from Registered when the warehouse scans it in, not when the courier marks it delivered. Scanning happens during working hours, so a parcel delivered in the evening, on a Sunday or on a public holiday is scanned the next working day.

Common causes of a longer wait

  • No customer code on the label. If the recipient name doesn't include your code (GoGoShip GGS12345), the warehouse can't tell whose parcel it is, and has to match it by tracking number. That takes longer.
  • A different tracking number. Check that the number you registered is exactly the courier's tracking number, not the shop's order number.

What to do

If the parcel still shows Registered two working days after the courier delivered it, email [email protected] or WhatsApp +65 8334 8518 with the tracking number and the courier's delivery details. We'll ask the warehouse to look for it.

For your next orders, check that the recipient name in each shop's saved address includes your customer code. Some shops shorten long names, so put the code where it can't be cut off.
