Can I use GoGoShip for Temu, Shopee, Lazada or Pinduoduo?
Yes. Which warehouse you use depends on the shop.
| Shop | Warehouse | Ships to |
|---|---|---|
| Temu | Singapore (order on Temu Singapore) | Indonesia |
| Shopee Singapore, Lazada Singapore, Amazon.sg | Singapore | Indonesia |
| Shopee Vietnam, Lazada Vietnam | Ho Chi Minh City | Singapore, Indonesia |
| Taobao, 1688, AliExpress | Guangzhou | Singapore, Indonesia |
| Pinduoduo | Guangzhou or Singapore | see below |
Temu doesn't deliver to our Guangzhou warehouse, so use the Singapore address for Temu. The Singapore warehouse ships to Indonesia only, by Sea Courier.
Pinduoduo
Save both addresses in the app and compare at checkout:
- Guangzhou: works for every item. Delivery inside China is usually free, and no GST is added. From Guangzhou we ship by Air or Sea.
- Singapore (for Indonesia only): use it only when checkout shows free shipping to Singapore. Pinduoduo adds 9% Singapore GST to the item price, and delivery to Singapore takes about two weeks. For expensive items, choose Guangzhou.
Recipient name
Write GoGoShip followed by your customer code, without # or brackets, for example GoGoShip GGS12345. Some shops, such as Temu and Lazada, refuse those characters. Copy the rest of the address from the Warehouse page.
