How long can my parcels stay at the warehouse?

Each parcel is stored free for 30 days after it arrives. After that, storage costs S$1 per parcel per day. This applies at every warehouse.

Parcels can arrive on different days. We email you as each one arrives and keep them until you create a shipment, so you can wait until everything you want to combine is there. Please declare each parcel's contents within 7 days of its arrival.
