How do I register my package?

Register your package by logging into your GoGoShip account and clicking Add Package or Register Package. Enter the tracking number from your online seller, select the origin warehouse country, and provide a brief package description. This helps us identify your package when it arrives.

You can register packages before or after they arrive at our warehouse. Registering early helps us notify you immediately upon arrival. You will need to complete package declaration with detailed contents information once the package physically arrives at the warehouse.

Save tracking numbers from all your online purchases. One GoGoShip account can manage unlimited packages from all warehouse locations. You will receive email notifications when registered packages arrive and are ready for declaration and shipment.
