What is package declaration?
Package declaration is the process of providing detailed information about package contents including item names, quantities, values, and categories. This information is required for customs clearance and shipping cost calculation. Declare packages within 48 hours of warehouse arrival.
Provide accurate product descriptions (not generic terms), purchase prices in original currency, quantities of each item, and product categories. Incorrect or incomplete declarations cause customs delays, package seizures, or additional duties and taxes.
Access package declaration through your account dashboard under My Packages. You will receive email notifications when packages arrive at the warehouse and need declaration. Declare all items honestly - undervaluing items to avoid duties is illegal and may result in package confiscation.
