Which courier delivers my shipment, and is there proof of delivery?

We work with many courier companies in each country, so we can't tell you in advance which one will handle your shipment.

Signature: we don't offer signature on delivery.
Proof of delivery: our delivery partners record proof of delivery. If you need it, email [email protected] with your shipment code.
Photos: the warehouse photographs every parcel when it arrives. See Do you take a photo of my parcel?
Tracking: there is no carrier tracking number. We email you when your shipment departs and when it is delivered, and you can follow it under Shipments.
