Can I collect my parcels from the warehouse, or send them on with my own courier?
No. We ship every parcel ourselves to the delivery address you choose for the shipment. We don't release parcels for collection, and we don't hand them to another courier or forwarder.
If your business needs a special delivery arrangement, email [email protected] before you send parcels to the warehouse.
