GoGoShip operates warehouses in four countries: Guangzhou China, Seoul Korea, Bangkok Thailand, and Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam. Each customer receives a unique warehouse address for each location including your personal customer ID for package identification.

Get your warehouse addresses by logging into your account and clicking Get Warehouse Address. Use the complete address exactly as shown when shopping online including postal codes, phone numbers, and your customer ID in the recipient name.

Your warehouse addresses never change and can be reused for all future purchases. Contact customer support for information about package storage and handling policies.
