We Use the Greater Of:
1. Actual Weight = Physical weight on scale
2. Volumetric Weight = (Length × Width × Height) ÷ 6000
- Measurements in centimeters
- Result in kilograms
Example:
Box: 60cm × 40cm × 30cm
Volumetric: (60 × 40 × 30) ÷ 6000 = 12kg
Actual Weight: 8kg
Chargeable Weight: 12kg (we use the higher)
