Do you pick up parcels, or can I drop them off?

We don't pick up parcels, and we have no drop-off points. Your parcel has to reach our warehouse by courier: the seller ships it, or you book a courier yourself.

  • China: send it by any domestic courier to our Guangzhou warehouse, from anywhere in China.
  • Vietnam: the seller ships it, or you book a local courier or Grab to our Ho Chi Minh City warehouse.
  • Korea and Singapore: the seller or a local courier delivers to our warehouse.

Your warehouse address is on the Warehouse page after you sign up. Put your customer code in the recipient name (GoGoShip GGS12345), and register the tracking number with Add Package so we can match the parcel when it arrives.

Guangzhou warehouse hours (China time): Monday to Saturday, 8am to 12pm and 1pm to 6:30pm. Closed on Sundays.
