Pinduoduo is not Temu
Both belong to the same company. Temu is the international app, with its own prices and delivery to Singapore. Pinduoduo (拼多多, PDD) is the Chinese app, with mainland prices and group-buy discounts. This guide is about Pinduoduo.
Pinduoduo's own shipping to Singapore
Since 2025 Pinduoduo has offered cross-border delivery to Singapore for selected items: orders are merged at a consolidation warehouse in China, shipped by sea and delivered locally, and Pinduoduo has run free-shipping offers on them. Check whether an item shows Singapore delivery at checkout; if it does and you are not in a hurry, that is often the simplest option.
When a forwarder works better
- You want it faster. Air from our Guangzhou warehouse takes 5-7 working days.
- The item or seller is not in the programme. Any seller that delivers within China can deliver to your Guangzhou address.
- You also buy on Taobao, Tmall, 1688 or JD.com. Parcels from every platform go home in one shipment.
- It is bulky. Large items can go by Sea LCL, priced by volume.
How to send Pinduoduo orders to GoGoShip
- Sign up free and copy your Guangzhou address from the Warehouse page.
- In the Pinduoduo app, add it as a mainland China delivery address. The recipient name is GoGoShip (#your customer code); if the app asks for a phone number, use the warehouse phone shown on the page.
- After the seller ships, copy the tracking number from the order and register it in GoGoShip with Add Package. Declare what is inside and what you paid.
- When your parcels have arrived, combine them into one shipment, choose Air, Sea Courier or Sea LCL, and pay.
Costs and GST
Air and Sea Courier are charged per kilogram, rounded up to the next whole kg, with no minimum, on the greater of the actual and the volumetric weight. Sea LCL is charged by volume from 0.4 CBM. The price slip on this page shows current examples; price your own parcel in the shipping calculator.
Air shipments with a goods value of S$400 or less pay no GST; above that, and on every sea shipment, 9% GST on the goods value is added to your payment.
Tips for Pinduoduo orders
- Very cheap items often come in oversized bags or boxes. Combine many of them into one shipment so the first kilogram is paid once.
- Check reviews and seller ratings; group-buy prices can mean very different quality between sellers.
- Some cheap electronics carry no safety marks. Power banks need the China 3C mark to ship.
- Declare the real price you paid for each item, even when it was a few yuan.
